How to look good naked!

As a gal that has struggled with weight my whole life and especially after gaining 65lbs while pregnant (you'll see in the new slide shows on the site after Jan. 12th) I was excited to see promos for this show http://www.mylifetime.com/on-tv/shows/how-look-good-naked.

I also talk with brides often worried about losing sometimes 20+lbs for their weddings. I loved that this show embraced your size no matter what it was. Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't live healthy and exercise at your limit but if it's just not melting away please don't starve yourself for the 3 months before your wedding.

The other reason this caught my eye was that I have done boudoir photos 3 times and every time was awesome!! I have never felt sexier and alive and I was a different weight each time. I did them the first time for my husband but the next two we're defiantly for me!! The photos were the encouragement I needed for the weight loss after Mason, but I did it right. I ate right and exercised Mon-Fri, weekends I was off dieting because I was working and couldn't control what I could eat and when....well not as easily.

So...moral is be proud of who you are and how you look. If you want a change do it for yourself and no one else. Do it safe and take your time...there are NO MIRACLE DRUGS!!
