Here at Proposing Dreams we are excited to launch our new website for 2011 and a new look! We have streamlined the website and created some very exhilarating new collections. All of our collections are a suggested outline and customized to each and every client’s needs! We know that every couple is different and every couple’s needs are different therefore no too packages are exactly alike!
